The videos as well as the manual training made the training very effective and easy to follow. Once the training is completed you also have a great outline with step by step instructions on how to implement 5S into your organisation. On top of the training Paul Bekkers has lent a tremendous amount of support and I would also highly recommend Paul as an expert in this area. Overall I have no complaints and look forward to getting started.
