These steps are: Sorting, Setting in Order, Shining, Standardizing and Sustaining. 5S was originally developed at Toyota as part of Just-in-Time manufacturing techniques. Now 5S is being applied to a wide variety of industries. It has expanded from manufacturing to healthcare, laboratories, education, government, and more. This 5S Certification is exclusively available through TPF Europe, a leading company in consulting, training and product development on Operational Excellence.
The purpose of this test is to check your knowledge and understanding about the contents of 5S workplace organisation, including your own role (and the role of others) within this 5S programme.
The test consists of 25 questions in total, you pass with a score of 80% (20 good answers).
Your answers will be checked and your score will be determined. You will immediately receive feedback about your score. When you have passed the test you will have the option to show this result in your Linkedin account.
